The Peaceful Prayers Podcast
Welcome! In each episode I will read aloud a prayer from my book, Prayers for Stress Anxiety and Depression. The goal of this podcast is to center your mind on Christ and to silence the voices of doubt and destruction that are keeping you from rest. I was motivated to write this book after a challenging season in my life. At the time, I was writing personal prayers for my loved ones. After I learned how many people were going through the same things I was, I started to collect the prayers and craft what is today the Prayers For Stress, Anxiety, And Depression book. I hope this book brings you closer to God. Thank you for joining me! Remember, this book or podcast is not a cure for depression or anxiety. If you are in need of medical help seek it immediately.

I've seen in my life that there is often a time when I am called to remove my pride and submit fully to Christ before I can move into a new season. If you feel stuck and are eager to get to the next stage I encourage you to first come to your knees and thank God for what He has already done. May you learn all the lessons He has for you in your current season before you move to the next. Blessings!
