The Peaceful Prayers Podcast
Welcome! In each episode I will read aloud a prayer from my book, Prayers for Stress Anxiety and Depression. The goal of this podcast is to center your mind on Christ and to silence the voices of doubt and destruction that are keeping you from rest. I was motivated to write this book after a challenging season in my life. At the time, I was writing personal prayers for my loved ones. After I learned how many people were going through the same things I was, I started to collect the prayers and craft what is today the Prayers For Stress, Anxiety, And Depression book. I hope this book brings you closer to God. Thank you for joining me! Remember, this book or podcast is not a cure for depression or anxiety. If you are in need of medical help seek it immediately.

This is a difficult prayer! It is challenging to remain steadfast when everything around you is different and it is a struggle to tell a loved one you will not change your convictions for their comfort.
