The Peaceful Prayers Podcast
Welcome! In each episode I will read aloud a prayer from my book, Prayers for Stress Anxiety and Depression. The goal of this podcast is to center your mind on Christ and to silence the voices of doubt and destruction that are keeping you from rest. I was motivated to write this book after a challenging season in my life. At the time, I was writing personal prayers for my loved ones. After I learned how many people were going through the same things I was, I started to collect the prayers and craft what is today the Prayers For Stress, Anxiety, And Depression book. I hope this book brings you closer to God. Thank you for joining me! Remember, this book or podcast is not a cure for depression or anxiety. If you are in need of medical help seek it immediately.

The depression prayers are hard for me. I struggle with seasons of depression, though the Lord has always been there for me and pulled me out of wherever I was hiding. I pray that the Holy Spirit wraps around you and makes you feel truly loved and seen like He has done for me again and again. Blessings!

Wahoo! We are about 1/5 of the way through the book. I'm working on the second one in between projects and it will likely have a podcast too! I hope you have a great day and that the only wind blowing you around is the breath of the Holy Spirit!
Twice now I've had to go outside and make sure something was held down so the wind wouldn't take it away, which made me think of times when the Holy Spirit wants to blow over us and take away things from our lives that are not good for us. I pray that you allow the Holy Spirit to work in your life and remove that which is not in keeping with God's plan for our lives.
